Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe and edit recorded material, including patient histories and physicals, consult letters and notes, physician correspondence, x-ray reports, and other relevant documents.
• Verify the accuracy of patient information, such as reputed company, identification number, and other essential details.
• Match complaints to diagnoses using medical records, ensuring that reports are accurate and up-to-date for every date of service transcribed.
• Verify the accuracy of transcription for correct punctuation, grammar, and spelling, maintaining the highest standards of reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; formal training through an accredited transcription program is preferred.
• Five or more years of experience as a medical reputed company in a hospital, urgent care facility, or medical specialty is preferred.
