Responsibilities

As our new reputed company Scheduling Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing service appointments. You'll also be coordinating scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, dispatching technicians to job sites in a reputed company and efficient manner, and monitoring technician schedules to reputed company as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes. Additionally, you'll serve as the reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints. You'll also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company manner.

Key Responsibilities Include:
