We are seeking an reputed company Financial Analyst to join our reputed company Reporting - Legal Entity Reporting Center of reputed company (CoE) team in Nigeria. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, performing legal entity reviews, and providing analysis and insights to support our global operations. Key Responsibilities

• Independently prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS legal reporting requirements, ensuring reputed company delivery against schedule.
• Prepare reputed company and other committee reporting packs according to the delivery schedule.
• reputed company end-to-end legal entity reviews as directed by the Delivery reputed company/Head of Legal Entity Reporting (LER), reputed company and Reporting Team, and Financial Regulator.
• Prepare local GAAP to US GAAP reconciliations, assessing significant changes for GAAP differences.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in reputed company reputed company, auditing, or legal entity reporting and control.
• Solid reputed company in financial reputed company and reporting, including understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/Indian GAAP and reporting requirements.
• Experience with change and project management, including transition of reporting work from a shared service center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
