We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-reputed company Customer Care Specialist to join our inbound call center team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, resolving customer concerns, and providing exceptional service across reputed company our store locations. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing Inbound Calls: Answering calls, transferring calls to appropriate store locations, and returning calls as needed to ensure reputed company reputed company of customer inquiries and concerns.
• Resolving Customer Concerns: Remedying customer issues by being an available voice, routing calls accurately, and following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

As a Customer Care Specialist, you can expect:
