As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members and providers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- Health insurance call center experience preferred

- Ability to work any shift between 8:00AM - 8:00PM, including the 11:30AM - 8:00PM shift
- Willingness to work on site in either the Pittsburgh or Camp Hill location, as required
