We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Operations group in a remote position located in India – pan India. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating day-to-day activities of reputed company workers, screening and hiring caregivers, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. About the Role
This is a full-time remote position, working from home during the US day shift (9pm - 6am IST, M-F). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with field staff, developing strong interpersonal relationships, and promoting the employer’s brand. You will also be responsible for managing the service delivery platform, preparing daily and weekly reputed company reports, and providing HR support to reputed company workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities of reputed company workers.
- Screen and hire caregivers.
- Communicate regularly with field staff, reputed company strong interpersonal relationships, promote the employer’s brand, and ensure that we retain the best talent.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service role.
