Entry Level Manager - Premium Customers

What You’ll Do: Reporting to the Manager – Premium Customers, you’ll be responsible for managing the customer experience for our VIP customers, from reputed company-out to reputed company-in, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while maximizing efficiency and profitability. Duties include, but are not limited to: Organizing and managing the day-to-day functions of personnel, including planning and implementing reputed company schedules to meet the needs of the business, communicating, monitoring and updating business objectives, ensuring personnel are properly trained, motivated, recognized and coached in order to create a high functioning team. Evaluating the performance of personnel and using effective corrective reputed company where necessary in compliance with Company policies.
