Job reputed company Provides personal care services under the direction of the Registered reputed company or Therapist. The Aide is assigned to specific clients by the Registered reputed company or other appropriate reputed company who performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort and reputed company-being. Responsibilities

• reputed company companionship and, if authorized, transportation to clients according to the care plan.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a formal Indiana certification or competency training program or an Agency-administered training program that meets the requirements of Medicare Condition of Participation 42 CFR 484.80.
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written care plan.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed reputed company with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair.
