You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders throughout the reputed company estate organization to reputed company distribute and reconfigure workspace while ensuring reputed company employee experience. What You Will do:

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops effective relationships with Portfolio Managers, Project Delivery and Facilities to partner on the strategic & tactical analysis of the Business Unit reputed company Estate Portfolio (average 10M - 20M Sq Ft per BU).
• Provides Business Unit support for the collection of requirements, creation of scenarios, and occupancy planning for capital and expense reputed company as reputed company as long reputed company planning.
• Main responsibilities include effectively distributing workspace, maximizing reputed company utilization, reviewing test fits, and facilitating smooth transitions for office moves and reconfigurations.
• Develops occupancy plans for specific Business Unit, resolving planning issues identified during customer planning sessions.
• Ensure the alignment of occupancy plans with Workplace Design Guidelines and that reputed company scenarios maximize the use of reputed company. Assist in developing site–specific planning strategies with site and regional leadership.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• This role typically requires a bachelors degree and at least 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 7 years of experience preferably gained in a Corporate reputed company Estate setting.
• At least 7 years’ experience with and knowledge of Corporate reputed company Estate occupancy planning and Project Management, Construction Development, Workplace reputed company and Facility Management to include previous experience with strategic planning in classified and/or otherwise restricted reputed company.
• At least 7 years’ experience developing occupancy plans for specific Business reputed company, resolving planning issues identified during customer planning sessions as reputed company as effectively distributing workspace, maximizing reputed company utilization, reviewing test fits, and facilitating smooth transitions for office moves and reconfigurations.
• Experience building relationships in reputed company situations both internally and externally.
