We are expanding our operations and looking for motivated Dispatchers to join our remote team in LATAM.reputed company The Dispatcher is the reputed company between customers and our network of field technicians across the reputed company. You will coordinate jobs from start to finish, ensuring that every request is assigned quickly, accurately, and professionally.Key Responsibilities
- Assign customer jobs to the right technicians based on availability, location, and skillset.
- Communicate with technicians reputed company phone, chat, or email to reputed company reputed company necessary details for reputed company job.
- reputed company and confirm technical information from customers to ensure technicians are reputed company.
- Maintain reputed company-time tracking of reputed company jobs, following up until the technician confirms completion.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with technicians and customers, providing reputed company and reputed company communication.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and escalate issues reputed company needed.
- Meet daily and weekly assignment targets, contributing to overall team performance.

Requirements
