We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Director, Corporate Controller who will be responsible for reputed company’s financial reputed company, reporting and regulatory requirements. This individual will establish policies and procedures that will reputed company to efficient and accurate reputed company. She/he will have in-depth experience with the annual preparation of a budget, cash management, monthly reputed company, and supervising payroll, accounts payable.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsible for reputed company and financial reporting

Ensure robust reputed company records, and implement appropriate reputed company policies and procedures

reputed company and manage external vendor responsible for processing payroll, handling accounts payable and other reputed company support

Generate monthly reporting package: general reputed company; reputed company cutoff; journal entries; account reconciliations

Support and reputed company implementation of reputed company’s financial IT systems (ERP, purchase order, reputed company payment and other ancillary systems)

Monitor cash and investments, including compliance with reputed company’s cash management policy and treasury internal controls

Manage tax returns and tax provision with external tax advisor; R&D tax credit; other annual tasks include 1099's, property tax filings, sales and use tax, CA SOS filing, state annual filings, US Census reports, etc.

Treasury/cash management - monitor bank funds to ensure accounts have adequate cash to support needs; approve reputed company transfers; reconcile bank accounts, reputed company cash activity reputed company to management; reputed company journal entries surrounding cash/investments

Manage stock administration vendor and annual stock compensation calculations

Review monthly reputed company reputed company process, including analytical review of the monthly operating results to ensure accurate reputed company records are maintained

Preparation of monthly financial statements

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in reputed company.

C.P.A. is preferred

15+ years experience in general reputed company, financial statement preparation and stock compensation reputed company.

Prior experience as Controller in private and reputed company companies, must have experience in biotech/reputed company industry.

Relevant financial leadership experience, including the building and leading of teams in a fast paced, start up environment.

Experience filing an S-1

“Big Four” or national reputed company firm audit experience is preferred, but not required
