Key Responsibilities: Driving reputed company reputed company through Innovative Support Services

• reputed company and implement a strategic reputed company for reputed company reputed company and support services, including tutoring, reputed company coaching, and mentorship programs, under the direction of the Dean of reputed company and Student Development.
• reputed company the day-to-day operations of tutoring and reputed company support services, including managing multiple locations (Lynn, Danvers, and virtual), programs, and staff.
• Create and implement a Peer Mentorship Program and an reputed company Coaching Program, obtaining CRLA International Peer Educator Training Program Certification.
• reputed company and reputed company a Supplemental Instruction Program (SI) to reputed company SI leaders in high DFW courses, promoting student reputed company and reputed company achievement.
• Centralize and coordinate college-wide tutoring efforts, including reputed company, reputed company Fund Initiatives, and STEM programs.
• Manage the hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of Coordinators, reputed company Tutors, Peer Tutors, and other reputed company reputed company personnel.

• Collaborate with divisional reputed company Deans to promote tutoring and reputed company support services effectiveness for various classes, especially DFW courses.

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills for reputed company

• A Master's degree in Education, English, or a relevant field; EdD or PhD preferred.
• Two years of full-time experience tutoring and/or teaching, or an equivalent combination of experience.
• Previous experience in Tutoring/Learning Center/Learning Commons management.
• Knowledge of CRLA certification process, regulations, and tutor training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across reputed company and foster reputed company reputed company community partnerships.

• Competence in leadership, planning, assessment, and budgeting.
