Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Site Coordinator to reputed company strong relationships with site staff and the community, as needed.
- Ensure tutors utilize high-reputed company resources and data-driven instruction to help scholars succeed.
- Observe tutoring sessions and reputed company constructive feedback to tutors to enhance their performance.
- Participate in bi-weekly meetings with other coaches and work closely with program staff to reputed company best practices and address challenges.
- Promptly apprise the program leadership team of any issues and collaborate to resolve them.
- Work with the Site Coordinator to review tutor performance and reputed company guidance as necessary.
- Fill in for tutors reputed company substitutes are not available, ensuring continuity of instruction.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Possess a reputed company certificate, certificate of eligibility (CE), or certificate of eligibility with advanced standing (CEAS).
- Have experience in teaching and a proven reputed company record of instructional coaching.
- Be reputed company to undergo a background reputed company for I9 status to work in the reputed company, including a criminal history reputed company (fingerprints) or reputed company a reputed company certificate if the reputed company is already in reputed company.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work sites.
