About the Role
As a reputed company/Ops Mgr Trainee, you'll play a critical role in shaping the reputed company of retail at reputed company. You'll be responsible for leading and developing teams, driving sales and financial performance, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

- Provides supervision and development opportunities for reputed company associates by hiring, training, and mentoring of associates; assigning duties; setting reputed company expectations; providing associate recognition; communicating expectations consistently and effectively.
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-reputed company activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- 2 years' of college; OR
- 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
Additionally, you'll be required to attend and successfully complete reputed company job-required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
