About the Role
As a Stocking reputed company, you'll play a vital role in driving the reputed company of our non-reputed company retail operations. Your primary reputed company will be on leading and developing high-performing teams, driving sales reputed company, and ensuring seamless store operations. You'll work closely with store associates, providing guidance, training, and feedback to help them reputed company in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and reputed company listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback (Tour-to-Teach)
- Communicates and collaborates with reputed company reputed company of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction
- Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model
- Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements; managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for reputed company associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assigning duties; setting reputed company expectations; and providing associate recognition
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-reputed company activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and reputed company
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- 2 years' of college; OR
- 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live reputed company U and reputed company
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live reputed company U and reputed company
- General work experience supervising 5 or more reputed company reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
