Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in routing reputed company-time contact center operations in a reputed company center environment, including experience with external partners

• Experience analyzing statistical data/trends and recommending quick, applicable steps to drive business reputed company
