In this part-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, and reconciling accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with reputed company principles and regulations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including entering bills, paying vendors, and reconciling accounts
• Prepare invoices and reputed company monthly account reconciliation
• Run weekly payroll and monitor Unemployment Insurance/Withholding compliance with multiple state agencies
• Monitor cash reputed company and manage financial transactions, including bank and loan statements

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
• Highly proficient in QuickBooks AP/AR/Multi-state Payroll and reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company
