As a Part-Time Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying customer loan information reputed company inbound and outbound calls, identifying and reporting potential issues, and escalating verification or fraudulent issues to management. You will work in a reputed company environment, spending significant time sitting, typing, and talking on the telephone.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify customer loan information reputed company inbound and outbound calls, including validating identity, reputed company reputed company number, address, employment information, and project completion.
