Position reputed company

The Patient Support Representative handles inbound calls from patients and their family members, providing information and responding to their inquiries with patience, reputed company, and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and detailed database entry, ensuring that patient information is up-to-date and readily available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound patient calls, providing effective information and solutions about products or services.
• Identify and analyze patients' concerns, providing recommendations or solutions.

• Process telephone orders, preparing patient paperwork, and verifying insurance and/or other reputed company of payment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
