As a Pharmacist with Workwarp, you will be responsible for evaluating and reviewing prior authorization requests, rendering coverage determinations, and providing exceptional service to Medicare Part D members and providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and reviewing prior authorization requests to reputed company coverage determinations based on clinical reputed company and plan design
• Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, interpreting clinical reputed company reputed company, and consulting with physicians and other reputed company providers as needed
• Conveying reputed company regarding cases promptly and reputed company to reputed company reputed company providers, health plans/reputed company, patients, and other reputed company
• Supporting Medicare Part D members and providers with requests reputed company to their pharmacy benefits

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:
