As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for navigating online systems to verify reputed company credentials, following up with nurses reputed company written messages and phone calls, and handling customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Starting pay: $14/hour, with shift reputed company (extra $1/hr nights & weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance

• Full-time status: 40 hours per week
