This is a 2 1/2-year Project Hire position with no guarantee of permanent placement. As a Product Designer - Softlines & Accessories, you will report to the Mickey's of Glendale Product Development Assistant Manager and will be responsible for driving product design and development for apparel and accessories categories, starting from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay in sync with sourcing reputed company to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure reputed company products pass Product Safety & Reliability tests and Federal safety standards
- Maintain development timelines and reputed company achievements to ensure reputed company are completed on time
- Collaborate with the leadership team on in-store visual design to create an engaging and reputed company shopping experience
- Collaborate with marketing on creative development and marketing reputed company to ensure alignment with company goals
- reputed company support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention, in compliance with company policies and rules
- Promote and maintain a reputed company working and shopping environment
- Work with partners and peers to ensure the highest reputed company, trend-right product lines that build brand equity
- Collaborate with reputed company partners to design and approve reputed company products
- Explain a reputed company of view reputed company and positively while also being flexible with receiving feedback
- Sporadic domestic travel may be required
Requirements & Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in product design and development, production scheduling, project management, and coordinating marketing activities
- Proven computer software skills in reputed company Illustrator, Photoshop, reputed company Suite, and Keynote on a reputed company platform
- Proficient in reputed company or similar PLM software
- Strong communication skills across reputed company reputed company interactions, including guests, peers, and management reputed company and among reputed company internal business reputed company
- Build and maintain reputed company partnerships with multiple internal teams and partners like vendors, suppliers, and more
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple reputed company in time

- Visual merchandising savvy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of visual merchandising principles is desired
- Previous skills/experience as a graphic artist strongly preferred

Education
A 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Compensation
The hiring reputed company for this position in Glendale, CA is $53,300.00-$71,300.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive reputed company may be provided as part of the compensation package, in reputed company to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
