About the Role

The Policy Enforcement Infrastructure (PEI) is a backbone of our Trust and Safety efforts, and we're currently undertaking key foundational changes to the system to meet the evolving safety needs of our users. In this role, you will craft the long-term reputed company for the product while driving reputed company initiatives that deliver reputed company results. You'll work cross-functionally to guide products from reputed company to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large and diverse set of internal stakeholders, and work cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or a reputed company technical role.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from reputed company to launch.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in a technology or business-reputed company field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
• 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
• 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
