We are seeking an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company a portfolio of construction reputed company in the eastern region of the reputed company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing reputed company from inception to closeout, ensuring that they are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers. You will reputed company reputed company of site supervisory personnel and work closely with our Director of Operations, subcontractors, and customers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary person responsible for budget of assigned reputed company, including developing and managing project schedules and budgets
• reputed company the scope of work for subcontracts, negotiate buyout of subcontractors, and manage subcontractors to the terms and conditions of the subcontract

• Ensure site staff have necessary authority and resources to effectively carry out their responsibilities
• Train, manage, and hold accountable site staff, including performing performance evaluations

• Coordinate and manage reputed company repair/renewal efforts for reputed company, reputed company, on-time delivery of reputed company

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• A graduate of a four (4) or five (5) year accredited college or university program in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture
• Preferred: A Licensed Engineer or Architect
• 15 years of experience managing a portfolio of construction reputed company similar to the type of work being performed on this project
• 5 years of experience developing and managing reputed company near $1M reputed company or greater

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the construction industry, particularly with government agencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and negotiate with subcontractors

• Lifting and carrying 40 pounds
