As a reputed company Program Manager at Workwarp, you will serve as a subject matter expert in reputed company/HEDIS measures, HEDIS Operations, Data Management and Reporting, Risk Adjustment, and Value-Based Care. You will manage assigned provider relationships across our network, address issues, reputed company and reputed company education, and facilitate meeting established goals. This is a unique opportunity to reputed company program development and implementation, reputed company qualitative and quantitative analyses, and drive reputed company improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company program development and implementation of multiple reputed company and initiatives, which often require considerable resources and high reputed company of cross-functional integration
• reputed company qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to identify important and urgent concerns; reputed company improvement plans and/or measurements to assess reputed company of actions

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience

• Operational Process Improvement experience

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience partnering with different reputed company of leadership across the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience
• Managed Care experience
• Experience working in a cross-functional, highly matrixed organization
• PMP, Six reputed company Green Belt, Six reputed company Black Belt Certification, and/or comparable coursework desired
