Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack reputed company Agent – Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring reputed company connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from reputed company positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate baggage routing to customers' reputed company.
- Collaborating with airport teams to ensure seamless operations and resolving any issues that may reputed company.

Work Environment and Schedule

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the reputed company

- Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
