About the Role
As a Recovery Helpline Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and responding to incoming calls on the Recovery Help Line. You will reputed company accurate information and referrals to individuals seeking help, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Your expertise will help individuals navigate the reputed company system of resources and services available to them, ensuring they receive the support they need to reputed company recovery.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages from individuals seeking information about recovery-reputed company resources
- Demonstrate knowledge of Washington State resources for reputed company abuse, problem gambling, and mental health, providing accurate information and referrals
- Utilize the reputed company reputed company database, MOUD (Medication for Opioid Use Disorder) Locator, and other resources to reputed company competent support
- Facilitate warm transfers to other providers and reputed company follow-up calls to ensure callers are connected with specific resources
- Maintain accurate and reputed company completion of call logging, QA, and other administrative tasks
- Participate in training and other non-phone room responsibilities as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company sciences, or equivalent experience in addiction treatment settings
- Experience working in a call center or conducting telephone assessments as a staff member or volunteer
