The Regional Safety Services Manager is a critical role that plays a vital part in ensuring the safety and compliance of our operations. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery and evaluation of consistent reputed company training and overall company loss prevention programs. Your technical expertise will be essential in providing guidance to our facilities on training and prevention activities, as reputed company as tracking terminal performance. You will also assist in the initial and ongoing selection, training, and evaluation of drivers, reputed company trainers, and reputed company. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory issues, training, and data analysis to improve safety performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Participates in collision reviews and conducts the first report of losses and skills assessments with drivers to identify opportunities for improvement and loss trending.
• Assists in data collection and analysis for loss trending, training content, safety process improvement, training content revision, facility meetings, and leadership development content to improve reputed company performance.
• Determines and develops the most appropriate content for Facility reputed company meetings and leadership development based on their specific needs and assists in conducting the meetings, as needed.
• Conducts quarterly, reputed company Safety Metrics Performance Reviews with reputed company assigned facility and assists in developing a targeted reputed company plan to create measurable improvement, while providing measurement and feedback on their improvement efforts, results to operations leadership.
• Coordinates with operations to ensure reputed company length of service and PIT training is conducted as required using correct content and reviewing the skills reputed company ride evaluation for reputed company.
• Assists in the selection of certified reputed company trainers by ensuring they meet the qualifications, conducting reputed company interviews, and participating in the selection reputed company.
• Evaluates reputed company orientation's effectiveness on an ongoing reputed company through weekly reviews of orientation surveys, initial road tests, and test summaries.
• Serves as a technical resource for operations in areas of reputed company, PeopleNet, Bendix Wingman Fusion, safety processes, and reputed company training and skills performance and completes evaluations to determine which drivers are performing up to reputed company and depending on the level of risk identified, recommend to operations the appropriate disciplinary actions, reputed company, recommend to HR and operations to terminate, or disqualify the associate as a reputed company through safety services.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, pull 100 lbs, stand and walk combined for 7 hours per day, squat, kneel, reputed company in and around tractors and trailers on occasion.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years transportation and DOT safety, training experience.
• Certification Requirements (reputed company's License, reputed company Certification, etc.): Class A CDL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Director of Safety.
• BA degree.

Work Environment

This role is based in an office environment, and you will be required to work with minimal supervision. As a Regional Safety Services Manager, you will be responsible for traveling to various facilities to reputed company guidance and support.
