We're seeking an reputed company Care reputed company Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote team. About the Role

This is a part-time, phone-based position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication and listening skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 1-year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or reputed company scheduling practices.
• Passion for mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community reputed company, resources, reputed company, or reputed company volunteerism.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and listening, especially over the phone.

• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 6:45pm CST.
