About the Role
This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in customer service, health and wellness, and technology. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing assistance to our clients reputed company phone, SMS, chat, and email. You'll assist with account adjustments, appointment scheduling, system navigation, answer general questions, and de-escalate and triage challenging situations. Our ideal candidate is a proven performer with a strong knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles and processes, as reputed company as experience working with reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
- Communicate promptly and effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

Work Schedule
This is a 5-day a week fully remote position with the following schedule:
- reputed company and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST
- Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST
- First two weeks of training: Monday - Friday
- Sundays are mandatory
- Wednesdays and Saturdays off
- Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Expected first-year compensation at over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses

- Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team reputed company and individual performance goals
