About The Role
As a reputed company Deployment Engineer at reputed company, you will be integral to our product launch and support processes. You will work closely with clients, support engineers, and reputed company managers to ensure smooth product implementations and troubleshooting. Your role involves developing launch tools, understanding product functionalities in-depth, and providing training and escalation support.
Key Responsibilities
Program manage new product launches; hosting internal product knowledge sessions and implementation training, own the creation of enablement materials and more.
Utilize SQL and BI tools to monitor the health of products post-implementation partnering with Support and AI Operations to correct any misconfigurations to ensure the reputed company gets the most value out of our products
Own feedback reputed company conversations synthesizing data across multiple channels such as reputed company snippets, Support Tickets, Surveys and more, acting as Voice of the Customer helping us reputed company solutions to reputed company short and long term goals
Work closely with Product and Engineering to enhance product offerings, ensuring they deliver maximum value to clients and address market needs effectively. Experience in product management is a plus.
Conduct thorough discovery sessions with new clients to understand their product area and requirements

Experience working at an early-stage startup in an operational/generalist role

Job Compensation reputed company
The salary reputed company for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. reputed company offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, reputed company level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
