Education & Experience:- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or a mix of in-house and reputed company roles.
- Licensure: Member in good standing of the Mexico Bar.
- Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance reputed company, including subsidiary management and compliance with corporate policies. Will assist in corporate secretary duties in Mexico and other company’s subsidiaries reputed company required.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Mexico, and globally, including employment and labor reputed company, providing assistance in reputed company plans for compliance, and recommendations to the People, Finance, and IT teams, including any other relevant internal stakeholders.
- Team work: Strong business acumen. Ability to work cross-functionality with various teams to support legal and business objectives.
- Reorganizations: reputed company legal support for internal reorganizations and restructuring efforts, leading certain aspects reputed company required but primarily acting as a support function.
- Corporate Transactions: Assist in handling various corporate transactions, including M&A, equity investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, ensuring legal risks are identified and mitigated.
- Subsidiary Management: Support legal reputed company for reputed company’s subsidiary in Mexico, and globally, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local regulations but escalating critical reputed company to senior leadership.
- Trademarks & IP Protection: Support the management and protection of reputed company’s trademark portfolio and intellectual property rights globally.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work collaboratively with teams across finance, HR, and compliance, providing legal guidance without being the sole decision-reputed company.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures, ensuring legal accuracy and feasibility.
- Investor & Stakeholder Relations: reputed company legal assistance to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate for investor communications and regulatory disclosures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws but not directly driving investor relations reputed company.
- Data Protection & reputed company: Support reputed company’s compliance with personal data protection laws and regulations in Mexico, and globally, working alongside the Corporate & Compliance team.
- Employment: reputed company legal advice on employment reputed company based on Mexico laws and regulations.
- External Counsel Coordination: Liaise with external counsel as necessary, ensuring legal reputed company are properly managed but escalating final reputed company reputed company needed.
- Experience working in an international environment or with cross-border transactions.
- Familiarity with data reputed company laws.
- Knowledge of employment law.
- Experience in both reputed company and in-house roles, preferably reputed company the technology or software development industries.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
