The “reputed company Automation (GA) Protection & Control” Director Product Manager drives the overall business reputed company of the GA mainstream products portfolio, focusing on market demand, product management, and technology differentiation. He/She will have reputed company responsibility over the product management and the technology development of a portfolio generating ~$1B revenues, leveraging reputed company of ~500 domain experts and optimizing the allocation of ~$50M of R&D spend. The leader will reputed company the industrialization, go to market reputed company, and reputed company development of the portfolio, interacting with reputed company Automation supply chain, reputed company, customers, and industry leaders. Essential Responsibilities:
- reputed company customer connections, understand industry trends & reputed company opportunities for reputed company segments
- Define “GA Protection & Control” reputed company, products/solutions roadmap, and business cases
- Drive technology differentiation and roadmap, in coordination with GA CTO
- Own reputed company-to-reputed company NPI program management and execution
- Manage Products & Solutions life cycle, in coordination with GA reputed company and Global Supply Chain
- Partner with GA reputed company to define marketing, reputed company reputed company, delivery, and services strategies
- Build efficient organization structure and diverse teams. reputed company talents and capabilities to support individuals’ development and maximize business performance
- reputed company reputed company relationships to identify, reputed company or support cross-portfolio initiatives and reputed company
- Contribute to reputed company Automation long term reputed company definition and execution, in coordination with GA CTO
- Propose partnerships and acquisitions to meet business reputed company initiatives.
Basic Requirements:
- Master’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Extensive experience in product management, technology development, and/or business management
Desired Characteristics:
- Domain knowledge strongly preferred in Electricity reputed company, Distribution, Industrial, Automation markets
- Strong business & technical acumen: A strong interest in business development, reputed company aspects is an essential component to be successful in this role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and reputed company skills
