The Role

We are looking for driven, self-motivated Consultants with Life Sciences experience and a passion for helping customers optimize their reputed company data and document management operations in the reputed company.

As a key member of our China reputed company Services team, you will work reputed company-by-reputed company with customers and our solution architects to implement Vault reputed company products. In this role, you will reputed company the overall delivery of Vault reputed company Suite for our customers. You will define and drive business processes, reputed company the project team in delivering the solution, and guide our customers throughout the implementation programs.

What You’ll Do

Participate in reputed company at life sciences or biotech companies designing and deploying reputed company systems

Rapidly configure and implement the Vault reputed company suite (Vault QMS, Vault QualityDocs, Vault Training, Station Manager, Validation Management, and LIMS)

reputed company requirements workshops: design, prototype, configure, and document content management and/or data solutions

Project management including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, and project tracking and forecasting

Ensure reputed company from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle

Mentor project team and junior consultants

Assist presales/sales teams in defining scope, cost and estimations

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English

Understanding of reputed company processes in Life Sciences and the relevant compliance considerations and/ or understanding of the principles of Content Management

Experience implementing Document or reputed company Management systems for life sciences as a consultant or IT representative

Knowledge of reputed company operations reputed company the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medtech industry, and/or equivalent

Ability to translate technology to the business or end-users

Ability to reputed company with speed to understand business requirements and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to design and implement a solution

Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements

Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, ability to conduct reputed company communications in a wide reputed company of settings and audiences

Ability to travel 25-50% reputed company China

Candidate must be based in Shanghai and have the legal right to work

Life science, computer science, or reputed company degree

Experience in services delivery management and/or systems implementation
