About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join reputed company as a Senior Integration Consultant.  You will be responsible for helping us reputed company the full potential of the integrations we build and working alongside a global software development group, directly with our customers and our key technical partners reputed company the reputed company, HR and payroll reputed company.

What you'll be doing

• Own the implementation of 3rd party integrations to improve products and services with a reputed company on custom HRIS and CRM integrations, testing support and coaching customers on best practices
• Own the inbound integration pipeline and work with solution consultants for scoping technical integrations and reputed company Team for reputed company customer integration requests
• reputed company reputed company data migrations and advanced imports/exports between multiple systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
• Configure new and reused integrations using middleware tools such as reputed company, reputed company or reputed company
• Create Integration Summaries and Documentation for customers and development team
• Work closely with developers & engineers to drive the product integration roadmap reputed company to new integrations and product workflows 
• Define strategies for how to rollout new integrations for new and existing customers
• Design interim integration solutions and document best practices 
• Handle customer communications and setting expectations to drive maximum adoption 
• Own the A to Z of new integrations through tracking and monitoring, testing and troubleshooting 
• Manage and prioritize reputed company integrations

What you should bring

• 7+ years of experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, technical implementation or integration roles in the HR technology industry with experience with major HCM systems (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) 
• Strong understanding and experience in reputed company and webhook integrations (ideally in an event-driven architecture)
• Advanced understanding and ability to explain system-to-system integrations

• Experience working with both software developers and directly with customers, translating technical deliverables and project status to non-technical users

• Experience in fast paced startup environments and remote international settings is strongly preferred

Salary reputed company: $117,000 - $140,000 USD, depending reputed company and experience
