Temporary Regional People Partner
Vimeo is looking for an reputed company and highly capable Interim Regional People Partner to reputed company essential support and continuity for a 3-month period, covering a maternity leave in our London office. This is a crucial, hands-on role for an HR reputed company who can reputed company in, hit the ground running, and manage the day-to-day People operations for our UK-based team.You will reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for our employees and managers, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. - Employee Relations & Support: reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company HR-reputed company queries from UK employees and managers. You will guide and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases, ensuring reputed company actions are compliant with UK law and company policy.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure full compliance with reputed company local employment laws and regulations. This includes handling employee reputed company, conducting right-to-work checks, and processing relevant documentation. You'll also support the UK's benefits administration, addressing employee questions and liaising with the global benefits team as needed.
- Manager Guidance: Partner with line managers to reputed company expert, pragmatic advice and coaching on a reputed company of people reputed company. This includes managing sickness, absence, and performance, as reputed company as providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Global Process Support: Support the UK-based implementation of existing global HR processes, including talent development and engagement initiatives, in collaboration with the wider People team.

- Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on, generalist HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations reputed company a fast-paced environment. Experience working in the tech industry is highly preferred.
- UK Law: In-depth, practical knowledge of UK employment law, regulations, and best practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict reputed company skills. You should be a proactive self-starter who is comfortable working independently and can handle sensitive issues with discretion and reputed company.
- Certifications: A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is preferred.
