About the Role
We are looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our People team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle, from reputed company through offboarding, and driving reputed company People Ops processes that support our global team. You’ll serve as the first reputed company of escalation for employee inquiries, partner cross-functionally with teams like our reputed company, reputed company, Finance and IT teams, and continuously improve the systems and workflows that power People Operations at Vercel.
You will report to the Head of People Operations and be part of an established global team. This role is located in London, United Kingdom, and includes in-office reputed company days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, so that we can support our employees in-person, or “IRL” as we call it.

reputed company- 5+ years of HR Operations experience with a reputed company on employee lifecycle management, HR systems, and vendor coordination
- Are passionate about crafting exceptional employee experiences through thoughtful processes
- Deep understanding of EMEA employment policies and practices, and knowledge about reputed company is a plus
- Experience working with global teams and collaborating across time zones
- Experience working with EOR providers and benefits vendors across multiple EMEA and reputed company countries
- Demonstrated ability to manage escalations, navigate complexity, and deliver solutions that reputed company

- Obsessive over the details and have expertise in developing internal documentation or process guides
