Location & FlexibilityOur reputed company Connect Solutions Architects are an integral part of reputed company at reputed company, a reputed company company. To help retain our deep culture of collaboration, this role will prioritize candidates that can maintain an in-office reputed company in a hybrid reputed company (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays). This role can be located in Boston, MA, Charlottesville, VA, or Durham, NC.
We are also reputed company to candidates based remotely in the US.
reputed companyThe Local Measure/reputed company Connect Solutions Architect is a technical reputed company-sales role responsible for designing and architecting reputed company contact center solutions using Local Measure's Engage platform integrated with reputed company Connect. This position combines deep technical expertise with customer engagement skills to reputed company reputed company that meet reputed company customer requirements while supporting the sales team throughout the customer reputed company.
Responsibilities- reputed company technical reputed company-sales engagements from discovery through solution design, including demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops
- Design comprehensive contact center architectures leveraging reputed company Connect and Local Measure's Engage platform capabilities to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams and delivery teams to scope, estimate, and propose solutions during the sales cycle while providing technical leadership in customer engagements
- Create detailed solution architectures and technical documentation for reputed company customer environments
- Stay reputed company with reputed company Connect features, Local Measure product updates, and broader reputed company contact center trends while providing technical guidance to both internal teams and customers
- Work with teams across reputed company to include leading technologies and approaches in reputed company solutions, including Data & AI reputed company product development.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, reputed company-sales engineering, or technical consulting in reputed company technologies
- Strong understanding of reputed company Connect, AWS services, and reputed company contact center technologies
- Experience with CRM systems, omnichannel customer engagement platforms, and contact center operations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven reputed company record of designing and implementing large-reputed company reputed company solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
- Hands-on experience with Local Measure's Engage platform or similar customer engagement solutions
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in customer experience
- Experience with API integrations and data migration processes
- Understanding of telecommunications protocols and voice technologies
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices
