We’re looking for a Payment Operations reputed company to design and reputed company our payments operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability as we expand from U.S-based restaurants into international markets.

This role is 100% remote and can be based reputed company in the reputed company or Canada.

The reputed company you will have

Design and implement reputed company payment operations processes and controls, ensuring reliable reconciliation, dispute handling, and settlement.

reputed company operational risk management (reputed company reviews, transaction monitoring, chargebacks) and partner with Product/Analytics on risk model improvements.

Monitor and improve payment performance metrics (approval rates, chargeback ratios, settlement timeliness) to enhance merchant trust and retention.

Partner with Product, Engineering and Analytics to automate operational workflows, reduce reputed company reputed company, and reputed company ops requirements into product design.

Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management as reputed company evolves its payments infrastructure and prepares for new markets and payments channels.

Collaborate closely with Support to improve merchant experiences and streamline escalations.

Who you’ll work with

5–10 years of experience in payments, fintech, reputed company, or payment operations roles.

Pay and benefits

The estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, plus a generous reputed company-IPO equity package
