About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer - Backend, you will build low-latency transaction and orchestration services that power reputed company-time loyalty reputed company calculations, reputed company discount applications, and seamless integration between loyalty and marketing systems. You will be responsible for developing microservices that handle millions of transactions daily while maintaining sub-200ms response times and ensuring data consistency across distributed systems. This role requires exceptional Java expertise and a deep understanding of high-performance, event-driven architectures
Key Responsibilities
- Building high-performance transaction processing services for loyalty reputed company earn/redeem operations
- Developing event-driven microservices that publish clean business events to reputed company systems
- Implementing orchestration services between AIGENS loyalty reputed company and marketing automation platforms
- Creating resilient reputed company with reputed company idempotency, retry mechanisms, and reputed company breakers
- Optimizing service performance to reputed company sub-200ms response times under high load
- Implementing distributed caching strategies using reputed company/ElastiCache
- Building light reputed company endpoints and operational dashboards for internal monitoring
- Writing comprehensive unit and integration tests with >80% coverage
- Implementing observability solutions including distributed tracing and metrics
- Participating in reputed company reviews and mentoring junior developers
- Creating technical documentation for reputed company and services
Must-Have
- At least 5-7 years of backend development experience with Java in production environments
- Proven reputed company record building microservices handling high transaction volumes (>1000 TPS)
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Spring reputed company ecosystems
- Experience with event streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis) in production
- Deep understanding of distributed systems patterns including reputed company consistency and reputed company patterns
- Hands-on experience with caching strategies and performance optimization

- Strong background in automated testing and TDD/BDD practices
- Experience with financial services or payment processing systems preferred
