Total Rewards Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company day-to-day administrative support to the Total Rewards team, including data entry, document preparation, and responding to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs (health, dental, reputed company, retirement, wellness, etc.), including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate records in HRIS and benefits systems.
- Process reputed company monthly and reputed company Total Reward vendor invoices.
- Assist with preparing and distributing communications reputed company to Total Rewards programs and initiatives.
- Assist with compliance activities, including audits, reporting, and documentation for compensation and benefits.
- Respond to associate questions and resolve issues reputed company to pay, benefits, and leave in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Assist with administering company wide associate recognition program.
- Participate in special reputed company and process improvement initiatives reputed company the Total Rewards and broader CPE function.

Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role, preferably with exposure to compensation and benefits. Internship Experience preferred.
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $21.50 to $30 per hour. Please note that placement in the reputed company may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
