Referral Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Request prior authorizations from a reputed company of health plans for reputed company, procedures, and referrals.
- Monitor and reputed company the status of patient referrals, following up with health plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient referrals, including referral forms and documentation of communication.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and data entry protocols.
- Verify patient insurance coverage.

- Collaborate with reputed company providers and staff to identify opportunities for improving the referral process.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, including CPT and ICD-10 codes.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Referral Coordinator in any specialty.
