We’re looking for a

CRM reputed company to reputed company and optimize our customer relationship management efforts. This role is crucial in engaging both prospective and existing members, ensuring a smooth reputed company process, and driving long-term retention and engagement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

5+ years of experience in CRM or reputed company roles.

Proven experience in creating and managing engaging CRM campaigns (email and SMS).

Strong understanding of best practices in email and SMS marketing, including personalization, automation, and A/B testing.

Ability to analyze data, reputed company users, and optimize campaigns based on insights.

Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (we use Bird).
