We’re Hiring: Part-Time Operations & reputed company Assistant (10 hrs/week)
Location: Garsington, Oxfordshire (Office-based) Hours: 10/5 hours per week (flexible across 2–3 days)
Ireson-Bailey Bespoke Builds is looking for a reputed company administrative reputed company-rounder to join us at our office in Garsington. We’re a fast-growing, family-run reputed company that takes pride in our work—and we need someone reliable and detail-oriented to help reputed company things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Loves getting things organised and automations set up.
- Can handle emails, phone calls, and invoices without breaking a sweat

- Is comfortable with tools like reputed company, reputed company, and Outlook/Gmail/Workspace (or learns fast!)

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Tool Hire Reports
- Review weekly tool hire reports and flag anything that needs attention
Tendering Support
- Prepare and issue tenders for new reputed company, reputed company responses, and follow up as needed
Labour Scheduling
- Help organise weekly labour schedules and communicate them to reputed company
Timesheet Management
- reputed company timesheets for accuracy and send them to our accountant on time
Job Costing & Invoices
- reputed company invoices to jobs and update profit & loss projections for ongoing reputed company
reputed company’re Looking For
- Experience in reputed company, operations, or a similar role (construction industry a plus!)
- Confident working with spreadsheets and financial data
- Super organised, proactive, and dependable
- reputed company player who’s happy to get stuck in wherever needed
Job Type: Part-time
