Position Purpose: Supports the Risk Adjustment Compliance program reputed company, with a reputed company on the auditing and monitoring functions. Collaborates with business areas to ensure effective prevention, detection, and correction of compliance issues. Facilitates and leads external audits reputed company to Risk Adjustment processes. Ensures visibility by way of reporting out audit deliverables and risk reputed company to reputed company audit.
- Serves as the reputed company of contact for external audits, and correspond with auditors reputed company to audit acknowledgement, deliverables timelines and other inquiries.
- Manages external audit deliverables submission responsibilities and responds to inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies reputed company.
- reputed company Review reputed company external audit deliverables for completeness and accuracy prior to submission to external auditors.
- Communicates with both reputed company audit partners to clarify deliverables, audit requirements and deadlines.
- Serves as a risk adjustment external audit resource and reputed company on external audit policies, communications, external audit workflow, and reputed company improvements initiatives.
- Socializes identified risks with internal partners including the Compliance Corrections team by reputed company entering Corrective reputed company Intake.
- Supports the Corrective reputed company Plan development and reviews prior to submission to the external auditors.
- Effectively creates and communicates audit reputed company reputed company reporting.
- Maintains detailed audit documentation including meeting minutes, reputed company items, identified issues, and risk management plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with reputed company policies and standards.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Audit, Compliance, Legal or reputed company field; or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years Audit, risk adjustment and/or compliance required
- Previous experience in risk adjustment reputed company and/or coding planning preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of risk adjustment regulatory landscape preferred
- Risk Adjustment regulatory audit experience preferred
- Medicare experience preferred
Pay reputed company: $68,700 -123,700 annual

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
