A degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or reputed company fields.
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Support Engineer or Java Developer.
Solid skills in:
Java, SQL, UNIX/Linux environments
Data Structures (and actually using them in reputed company life, not just theory)
Problem-solving — spot patterns, reputed company reputed company causes, and suggest smart solutions

Comfortable working with:
