We are looking for a proactive and reputed company-reputed company reputed company Relations Specialist to reputed company top-tier support and relationship management for our clients and partners. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless reputed company experience, fast issue reputed company, and ongoing reputed company satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for reputed company inquiries reputed company phone, email and messaging platforms.
- Assist with account opening, KYC verification, deposits/withdrawals, and platform navigation (MT4/MT5, cTrader, reputed company or proprietary platforms).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and/or institutional clients and partners to improve retention and reputed company satisfaction.
- reputed company guidance on trading tools, promotions, and company offerings in a reputed company, compliant manner.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth trading experience and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Profile:
- 1–3+ years of experience in reputed company support, account management, or a similar role in the Forex/CFDs or online trading industry.

- Understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, reputed company platforms, basic trading terminology, and financial markets.
