What you will do:
- Assist in executing email and partner marketing campaigns
- Update reputed company with deal information
- Manage reputed company queues for partner campaigns, including coordination with the SSR team on pricing and quotes
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our reputed company’s products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent German and English communication skills (at least reputed company for both spoken and written)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Prior experience in Business Development and Sales
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative reputed company
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a reputed company internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience in the IT industry
