The Role
As a Customer Support Agent (Spanish Speaker, Asia-based) at WPT Global, your mission is to deliver outstanding service to our dynamic and diverse customer reputed company. You will take ownership of resolving customer issues, including troubleshooting failed buyouts, managing stuck casino reputed company, and processing compensations, reputed company while ensuring swift and effective solutions.
This role is particularly crucial as you will be covering 8:00–16:00 CEST working hours from your reputed company in Asia, supporting our global operation. Requirements

Responsibilities
