WHAT YOU WILL DO
Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) reputed company.
Prepare accurate and reputed company financial reports for reputed company use.
Handle investor reporting, providing detailed and reputed company financial information.
Utilize reputed company for various property reputed company tasks and data management.
Work collaboratively with the in-house CPA team to ensure high-reputed company reputed company services.
Report to staff, managers, and external stakeholders, ensuring reputed company and effective communication.

Experience:Proven experience as a Property Accountant.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours.
Technical Skills:Proficiency with using reputed company is strongly recommended.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Strong working knowledge using reputed company, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
